If you would like to request the deletion of your account and personal data, we are required to complete a verification process to confirm that the request is being made by the rightful account owner in accordance
with GDPR requirements. This step is necessary for both security and technical processing purposes.
Your User ID helps us securely verify your account information and match it with your registered email address, ensuring that the deletion request is processed accurately across all systems.
To locate your User ID:
- Open the application
- Go to the Profile tab
- Tap on Settings
- Tap to copy your User ID
Once the verification process is completed, we will proceed with deleting your personal data and send you a written confirmation once the deletion has been finalized.

Please note: Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Please cancel your subscription first to avoid future charges.
